FabUtacious Policies

PAYMENTS: VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards and PayPal.

SALES TAX: Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to Arizona State. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order.

COUPON REDEMPTION: To redeem a coupon, simply click on the coupon link provided or enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process. Coupons are redeemable for one time and one purchase only.

Non-negotiable and non-transferable: This applies only to in-stock items. Offers are good while supplies last. If coupons are intentionally misused, it may result in an adjustment or cancellation of the bill or order. Coupons may not be combined with any other offer. Coupons, discounts and promotions, can not be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

EXPRESS MAIL: Expedited Services available. Please email us at orders@fabutacious.com to accommodate your express mail needs.

SHIPPING: Once payment has been approved and received, we will process your order within 72 hours and merchandise will ship.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

If an order is refused or not accepted for any reason, we can reship it with your approval, but an additional freight charge will be added to cover the prior shipping cost unless we made an error. If we get two packages back from you we will not be able to ship any merchandise without prepayment. If you choose not to accept an order, or to cancel an order you have placed, you will be charged for all shipping charges and fees.

Most packages will be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Custom made items normally leave the warehouse within 1-10 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we will post the tracking number to your My Account page. In most cases we will also email you. If you check your order status online before receiving the shipping information, you will see that the order is "Processing". Once the order shows "Processing" we can not cancel the order. It must process, be delivered and then returned (Please see our Return Policy).

Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will normally be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES: Because we process your order within 72 hours and orders could possibly ship out same or next day, you may not be able to cancel or modify your order. If you have any questions, please contact us at: orders@fabutacious.com.

RETURN POLICY: To ensure excellent quality, there is a double inspection of all merchandise before it is shipped. In the unlikely event that a damaged item has been included in your order, please inform us the same day you receive the merchandise. We will place a credit on your account for future purchases. We are not responsible for any item after it has been sold for damages incurred after receipt or for items that have been worn for any reason. You have 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise to inform us of damaged goods. Follow procedure for "Returns" stated at the end.

CUSTOM ITEM RETURNS POLICY: Due to the fact that these items are custom made, and not stock, we charge a 10% restocking fee and Merchandise must be in new condition in order to be eligible for exchange. Of course, if we have made an error in making the merchandise to your specifications, item will be remade at no charge.

To obtain an authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, contact orders@fabutacious.com within 5 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise will incur a 10% restocking fee and must also be returned within 7 days of purchase. No late returns accepted. We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

We suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. Any package that has not been received by FabUtacious.Com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Fabutacious.Com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee.

Only approved merchandise can be sent back. No unauthorized styles accepted back.

After receipt of “RMA” number, write the "RMA" number and the name of the person who authorized the return on the outside of the box and ship it back to us within 3 days of obtaining the "RMA" number. If the "RMA" number is not on the outside of the returned box, it will be at risk of being refused and returned back to you at your additional cost. We do not accept items after two weeks.

  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, as shipped to you.
  • Merchandise, packaging, hangers and tags must be in its original condition (tags must be in place and not removed).
  • Closeout and Sale items are not returnable.


Upon receiving your returned shipment, we can credit your account, exchange merchandise or refund your money.

We do not pay freight costs for returning either unwanted or damaged merchandise and we do not issue call tags.

Closeout specials are final sales. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.
